Healthy Shopping Made Easy - the Dirty Dozen and much more!

Grocery shopping can be confusing and overwhelming when trying to make healthy and economical choices. the Environmental Working Group (EWG) is such a great resource for consumer guides (includes the annual dirty dozen/clean fifteen list of foods) that will help make this experience a more stress free.

LA LECHE LEAGUE

La Leche League (LLL) is such an incredible breastfeeding resource for families. When I was nursing my son, I recall calling up my local LLL support and feeling so relieved, educated an supported...and it was FREE!

For the Vancouver Area, you can call 604-520-4623 to find contact information for La Leche League Leaders in your local area and to get information about La Leche League Groups.

They offer FREE monthly meetings for women and their children and cover a range of helpful topics. We're so lucky to have this as a resource. All women interested are welcome (expecting/moms, sisters, grandma's, girlfriends).
